This class will begin with a dynamic warmup of arm circles, air squats, inch worms, froggers and lunges. Once warm, Ben will lead you through circuits of push ups, high knees, planks, burpees, sit ups and jumps. At the end, you’ll cool down in child’s pose with breathing exercises and stretching.
