Really great and challenging class! Niki was motivating and encouraging. As a runner, this class is a good blend of treadmill speedwork, sled demos, and weights training. So glad Rumble introduced a HIIT training-focused studio!

Jill is a really great instructor! The class is physically challenging but it isn’t too challenging to learn the boxing moves. I like the mixture of boxing with other aerobic and anaerobic exercise. My only complaint is the space is kind of cramped by the benches side of the room, I felt like the studio could be set up better for working out in a group and as a just 5’8” person i felt like i was bumping into things. All in all, it’s a really great idea for a workout class, it’s perfect for a full body workout and it’s fun and easy to learn and to follow.

Great studio and instructor, but the music was definitely different than your typical upbeat playlist. Classic (45 Mins)

First time taking Nick’s class and I aboslutely loved it. Would take it more often, but please tell that one rider to stop screaming throughout the class. I’m all for involvement and encouragement, but that was a lot. Thanks! (:
