Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone from the front desk ladies to the women in the class were so welcoming and helpful. Our instructor was able to give one on one attention and adjustments so I was able to get the most out of the movements. I would definitely recommend this class for all levels.
