From the kindness of the staff, to the intentionality behind it (down to the clean restrooms & lockers w phone chargers - like 11/10) you can tell so much care is put into the space. Loved this sculpt class too, it was short(er) but I got a hell of a workout in that period of time. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 💪❤️

visa alla recensionerAutumn’s classes are always great. She varies the flow so it’s never the same yoga class twice. It’s challenging but every yogi can modify and do what is in their own practice. I like having the structure of the flow but also having the modifications if I need or want them. Highly recommend.
