visa alla recensionerI liked this class — I’ve been to a lot of kundalini classes and this one was a bit different in that we didn’t move from our seated posture and the teacher talked A LOT. I found her talking to be a bit unnecessary but everyone has different preferences

I took a Pilates class yesterday, and Rayne’s slow flow guidance really helped me get stretched, centered, and loose. She really made the space feel relaxed and peaceful! The studio was clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!!

visa alla recensionerWendy was such an amazing instructor. I really loved that she helped me so much with alignment and being stable in the posture. Wendy is a beautiful human that really listens and gives good hugs, she shows up as a genuinely kind person and a fun and knowledgeable instructor. Coming from a dance background, I liked that animal flow felt like a fusion of modern dance and yoga. Loved it!!

visa alla recensionerFabulous workout at my favorite yoga studio. I love the Bikram classes here but thought to challenge myself with this hot flow. It was definitely challenging but well balanced. I appreciate the breath cues as I sometimes forget to breathe. I’ll be back!

She will ease you into your practice, turn up the heat, and then bring you back down into a true rest state. She seamlessly and with ease goes from cueing me, a complete beginner, to cueing my girlfriend, a yoga studio owner with decades experience.
