visa alla recensionerI loved everything about this class! Having our names on the lockers when we arrived was such a thoughtful touch. Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone from the front desk ladies to the women in the class were so welcoming and helpful. As first-timers, my friend and I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Our instructor was able to give one on one attention and adjustments so I was able to get the most out of the movements. I would definitely recommend this class for all levels. There aren't many classes where I find myself smiling the whole time. I kind of felt like a kid again. The movements were playful and dynamic.
