Her instructions were clear and helpful, and you can tell she is very knowledgeable based on how she put together the sequence/class. Also great to see a mix of males/females in the class. visa alla recensionerI liked this class — I’ve been to a lot of kundalini classes and this one was a bit different in that we didn’t move from our seated posture and the teacher talked A LOT. I found her talking to be a bit unnecessary but everyone has different preferences
