visa alla recensionerThis is an awesome strength training class! My favorite part about it is that it makes weight/strength training approachable. You have the flexibility to make the class as easy or difficult as you need for the day. They set you up with the right movements and suggestions at far as equipment but allow you to make the decision on the weight you want to use. Id suggest it to anyone with or without weight training experience. This will be a staple in my workout routine!
