Elevate (Signature Vinyasa)
visa alla recensionerI loved this class. It had such a great flow and it was great for all levels. Jodi was a great calming teacher and I loved her guidance of the class. I loved that it was a completely silent room once you go in. Great shower area and great location if you want a walk around green lake after. Overall peaceful but refreshing and awesome!

visa alla recensionerCame in not knowing what to expect as it was a pop-up, and Kat made the absolute MOST of our time! Great variety, definitely a good workout, offered adjustments for different levels, and such skilled instruction. Fabulous music too.

visa alla recensionerThe workout is very good and always challenging! Wish the instructor would go around and give more feedback and/or reinforcement that we are doing things right instead of just doing the entire workout herself.

visa alla recensionerI’m not trying to hurt anybody’s career or hurt any studio so I would not ever leave less than five stars but I would say this class is not titled correctly. It is not a power Vinyasa class plus sound bath. It is a qi jong class with a few downward dogs, and the last five minutes there is very loud New Age music being played which unfortunately drowned out the one lovely crystal singing bowl. I am sure the teacher is a master at what she does, but I was expecting a yoga class. Also, it was very hard for me to get over her first comment in one of the first poses when she said “ if you are a lady with wider hips, you might step your feet further apart”. I would really encourage non-gendered language, as well as avoiding language where there is the judgment of what is “wider” (and wider than who?) — there are many more ways to convey information that are non-harming. awesome thing about the studio is that they sell tall grass, bakery scones!

visa alla recensionerAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!
Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class, late entry is not permitted…Y6 Restore
visa alla recensionerVery nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

visa alla recensionerLove Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

visa alla recensionerI really feel the 26&2 class is functional yoga. This is the yoga practice more people need to build strength at end range which will then help going deeper in your typical vinyasa classes.

visa alla recensionerChallenging class in all the right ways. Really wish the instructor would walk around and give more feedback to the students rather than just doing the entire workout too.

visa alla recensionerGorgeous class. The cueing is right on, I liked the music (I normally don’t like music for yoga) and Brian kept us going, consistent, all yoga and no fillers, chit-chat really. Lovely.

visa alla recensionerExcellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

visa alla recensionerThe room is really hot. I come from South Florida and I thought that it would be the same but it was so much better than any Yoga I’ve ever done and I loved it so much. visa alla recensionerMake sure to get there 10 mins early because you have to sign the waiver and the place gets quite busy (could have to wait in line). I really liked the instructor. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely loved this class! As a long-time yoga and Pilates practitioner, I was amazed by Mythu’s thoughtful sequencing—it helped me get into postures I haven’t accessed in over two years.
