see all reviewsSuch a great experience!! Jennifer clearly knows what she is doing. She was able to give me a wonderful full body massage while still focusing in on specific things I have going on with my body. Her knowledge and experience is very apparent. Her space is very clean, cozy and safe feeling with the Covid protocols she has in place. Can’t wait to go back!

see all reviewsMissy was wonderful. Struck a great balance between pushing us and making sure we had the right form. I still think CP’s reformers do a poor job of adjusting to height, but between missy’s adjustments and ones I made on my own based on previous experience, I had a great time today.

see all reviewsGreat format. Good use of time. Instructor kept everything moving really well. I like this gym - the clientele seem really fit and energetic, which is inspiring to be around. Ive shown up at quite a few boot camp classes that are filled with beginners (good for them), but its great to be surrounded by some #fitspo

see all reviewsOnly 3 people in class which was great in terms of having enough space and some customized tips from the instructor. She was encouraging as well! The class was challenging but not overly so (can make it harder or easier with heavier or lighter weights, etc). Definitely got a great workout!

see all reviewsSo much stinking fun! The studio/community center isn’t ideal, and this class would be a lot more comfy if it was in an independent dance studio, but for what it is, this class is totally worth it. The energy level is incredible and the community of all of the dancers is warm. The dance is fun and the music is even better. I wish I could take this class every day.

see all reviewsBaila District is a large open dance studio with lots of room to move and a nice dance floor. The entrance is down a short alley, and it has a club-like feel with big speakers and some cool lighting. The Jazzercise workout is challenging cardio and really fun. Loved ending with strength work and stretching. Upbeat instructor. They provide all needed equipment - can’t wait to return!
