I only wish that she had turned the heat down and the fans on during our cool down (the last 10 mins of class ). I’ve found that it really helps us recenter and cool down before savasanah!

visa alla recensionerMar was great! Super good energy and very encouraging. My only complaint (and this wasn’t her fault) was that the class was overbooked so we all had to move closer together to make room. The room is already tight and adding more people just makes it even worse.

visa alla recensionerI’ve taken (vinyasa) hot yoga classes before at other studios but this was my first time taking bikram! I enjoyed it a lot. It was super challenging— mentally and physically. I would definitely do this again and recommend everyone to try! The 90 minutes may seem long but it goes by fairly quickly.
