Since my muscles have become deconditioned, I have had difficulty engaging the intended muscle groups on my own. As a result, stronger muscles often compensate, which prevents me from getting the full benefit of the exercises. The suit definitely helped me activate the specific muscles each movement was designed to target. Surprisingly, the suits EMS gave me more energy to continue through the various exercises and repetitions when I started feeling tired. 😊😻
