Her voice is so soothing and she is very detailed on each pose so if you don’t know the names of the poses, she walks you through it. This was a beautiful flow. This is the 4th studio I've been to in south Florida and now I've been here a number of times and to be perfectly honest, after coming to Up Pilates--I have zero interest in going to any other Pilates studio.
