visa alla recensionerI absolutely love this class! First time taking with Lisa and loved her style. It was very challenging but doable and had a good flow. The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

It was quite a difficult workout but afterwards I felt amazing! I'd imagine it gets easier the more often you practice :) also during the classes it was fun neon lighting and great music

Her form cueing, her energy, her on hands adjustments, and not making anyone feel bad for getting help. This is the energy I need in the morning. She’s by far the expert in the room and makes me fix my form in ways I never knew! [Solidcore] has been so impressive compared to other Pilates studios I’ve tried! visa alla recensionerAs someone who practices yoga every week, I’m always impressed when a teacher can challenge me in a way that feels intentional—and Nikki absolutely did. Her sequencing was incredible. Every pose built thoughtfully into the next, and by the time we reached the peak pose, my body was so well prepared that I was able to get into postures I’ve never been able to achieve before. I left completely drenched, completely calm, and genuinely floating. Nikki has such a kind, welcoming presence while still encouraging you to explore what’s possible in your practice. I can’t wait to make her Wednesday at 12:00 class part of my weekly routine. If you’re looking to deepen your practice with smart sequencing and an incredible teacher, I’ll see you on Wednesdays with Nikki!
