The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

She uses the basics but somehow is able to elevate it so you’re absolutely gassed. I’ve taken over 230 classes and walked away like 🥵. 10/10 recommend!

visa alla recensionerI absolutely loved Form50 Total Body Sculpt! It was one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done, but Beverly made the entire experience so approachable. She explained every movement clearly, corrected our form throughout class, and kept us motivated and encouraged for the full 50 minutes. I also happened to visit during their one-year anniversary celebration, and the entire team made everyone feel so welcome. My friend and I even treated ourselves to complimentary B12 shots, and we left with adorable tote bags filled with goodies. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they appreciate their community. I’m so happy I decided to try this class. Between the incredible workout, Beverly’s amazing coaching, and the warm, welcoming staff, I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was fantastic!
