The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

She makes everyone in class feel comfortable and seen while leading a challenging, well-paced flow. I especially appreciate her focus on footwork…strong feet/ankles are so important as the basis of posture and so often overlooked. I’m genuinely disappointed to see that she’s teaching fewer classes now. She is one of the main reasons I chose this studio, and I know I’m not the only one who looks forward to her sessions. I really hope the studio brings back more of her time slots because she’s an incredible instructor and a huge asset to the community!

The pace of the class was perfect—not too fast, but still challenging enough to feel the burn. I never felt lost or overwhelmed, and Trisha explained everything so clearly.
