The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

It was quite a difficult workout but afterwards I felt amazing! I'd imagine it gets easier the more often you practice :) also during the classes it was fun neon lighting and great music
