visa alla recensionerSUCH a great class! I’m 6 weeks postpartum and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years so coming back in this new body to the same old practice has been so rewarding. Samantha as a teacher is exactly what I love about a good hot yoga class: clear cues on postures, firm and grounding warm up flow and then brings the energy for sun salutations/standing portion of class and has a steady relaxing wind down into savasana. I was so present in class for a second there i ALMOST forgot I had a newborn waiting for me at home. 10/10 will be backkk

I do love loud music and the playlist was perfect, but I just couldn’t hear the words she was saying but for the most part I could follow her by watching so it was good

visa alla recensionerI live this hot room. There’s windows I which you can see the sky and trees. It’s so pretty. And the heat isn’t overwhelming. Posey was a fantastic teacher. The moves were straightforward and very effective and just felt great in my body! I’m an advanced student and I totally worked up a sweat and felt like this class gave me a full-body workout! Loved it!

Izzy’s energy was so motivating, her cues were great, and I felt like every movement had a purpose. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and already wanting to take her class again. Definitely one of the best Pilates classes I’ve taken!! 🤍
