I have gone back every week since! Kameryn demonstrates all the moves and encourages the class throughout the entire workout. Her classes are challenging but there’s always an option to modify and take things at your own pace without judgement. This has been the best addition to my self-care routine for both physical and mental health! <3

I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga. I really like all the mirrors they have in the studio so you can check your alignment. Lots of easy parking. Has that old-school yoga studio vibe. Not corporate at all. Would choose over Yoga Joint in Delray for vibe and ease of parking.

I have been to many Pilates, Studios and yoga Studios and have never worked my butt off like I did today. It is the little things that make a place stand out, like the fact that they provide yoga mats and have the cutest free stickers at the desk. To top it all off, Rosie the owner is hands-down the absolute sweetest. 10/10 recommend! 🌟

She remembered everything about my injuries from my previous visit and made sure I was getting the most out of the class without further injuring myself.
