    So so good! my first time taking his class and it was hard, challenging but I appreciate that he kept me moving! by the time I was pushing through a hard move, he was transitioning to the next so I liked the timing of it all! Thank you for a great workout!

    Definitely a good challenge and tough work out for me, I was dripping sweat for sure! Friendly atmosphere. Katy was personable and reminded me of coaches in my youth who expect a lot but also instructed I should go at my own pace and ability.
