The constant fear of hitting a neighbor on every side, or the constant ick of seeing a neighbor actively drip sweat on your own mat, totally takes me out of the meditative headspace I go to yoga for in the first place. :/

visa alla recensionerI loved all the usage of props. The instructor also gave several variations and options, which I really appreciated. They also gave a cool lavender cloth at the end. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The teacher really has a gift for yin yoga.
