see all reviewsI regularly do Pilates, Barry’s, and Barre3, and BODYROK was by far the most challenging (those holds are brutal—in the best way!). Laura Kate was awesome—friendly, hands-on with form, and great at explaining cues. The reformer and pace took a minute to get used to, but once I found my rhythm, I was hooked. I’ll definitely be back. Bonus: validated parking!

The smaller class sizes make every session feel personal and supportive, and Cierra is hands down the best instructor — her playlists are always on point. If you're a first-timer wondering what to expect: Lagree isn’t Pilates — it's a more intense, high-energy version. Think of it as a full-body bootcamp on a Megaformer. I’m a big fan of Pilates, but when I want to push myself with extra cardio and intensity, Lagree is my go-to. Highly recommend giving it a try here!
