visa alla recensionerCheck in easy. Arrive 10 minutes before so parking spots open up from prior class. Instructor has great voice and explains positions. She walks around class. Has a wonderful way with the nidra sound bath. Space is inviting and well equipped.

From her perfectly placed words, forest sound bath experience (complete with many different sounds!), to the scents in the air, the intuitive crystal and card placement for each of us, to the lovely little paper journals to use for full moon reflections…her confident cadence and authentic care shines through. visa alla recensionerFirst time at this studio… first let me say that the space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and organized. The front desk staff and instructor were very kind and welcoming. The rhythm sculpt class is sort of like mat Pilates which is usually not my thing… but it was surprisingly a fun class that gave me a good sweat. Definitely more low impact/intensity but that might be perfect for a rest day when you want to just move your body. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other classes!
