visa alla recensionerThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

visa alla recensionerLoved this class, Esther is a great instructor! I particularly loved her hands on corrections (she asked first if we were okay with hands on work which I appreciated!). With her help, I knew when I was doing something incorrectly & I could deff tell the difference when she corrected my form!

visa alla recensionerThe class was very much needed to do what we hardly do in our daily lives and that is to slow down and pay attention to our bodies. I really liked this instructor specifically because although sometimes there’s a loud dance room next door, she maneuvered around it and taught us that life can be contradicting just as we’re mellowing out here in this space and right next door they’re having a party. I think that was really special to bring up and how we continued forward. Yoga/meditation can be done anywhere no matter your surroundings. Well taught!

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.

The instructor, Ash has such a calming tone of voice which allowed me to be present in my practice. I felt much more at ease and in tune with my body by the end of the class. I look forward to returning again soon!

It was a social class where people were willing to get to know each other a bit which I personally find that doesn’t often happen!
