visa alla recensionerCarina was a great instructor. perfect intro class that included a warm up with stretching and then showed us 3-4 moves including rotating ones. my friend and I were able to do all but one of the moves but had fun and were challenged. definitely not easy and takes some practice but carina was very friendly and encouraging.
