The instructor was very kind, and this is really just a few points for improvement. The main issue was that it was hard to hear her properly, so a microphone would be helpful. The music was also quite low and not very energizing, which didn’t help create a dynamic atmosphere. Clearer demonstrations or more structured instructions would have been helpful, especially for safety, as I unfortunately ended up a little bit hurt in the hips. On me this time, but important to note : the class was in Portuguese and my level is limited, which made it harder to follow. Overall though, it was still a good experience

It’s beautiful, inviting, simple yet sophisticated and transports you to a space that really allows you to unwind and be present. The class itself was well-paced and easy to follow though challenging. I will be back and can’t wait to try their sister studio!
