If it is your first time, would recommend typing ‘nxt phase’ into maps instead of using the class pass address as it doesn’t take you to the correct place

visa alla recensionerWas supposed to be a HYROX class but the usual instructor was unavailable so was switched to a different class. However when some regulars arrived the instructor very patiently facilitated them setting up the usual HYROX class because they really loved it, even though they weren't quite sure the order of the exercises. There are 10 exercise stations, each for 2 minutes with 1 minute rest in between. Every third exercise is a run outside. You get shown the run as part of the warm up and it does involve running on a busy street but you can run in the road to avoid people. The intervals are long enough that you can pace yourself to make the class more or less intense depending on your fitness level. When you arrive you should sign in on the iPad in the studio.
