visa alla recensionerMy friend and I took Sam’s class this morning, and it was amazing! She was subbing and did a fantastic job. She was so welcoming and kind, and her cueing, music, and hands-on corrections were excellent. The studio is beautiful, calming, and tranquil, and the lavender and lemon cold towels at the end were the perfect finishing touch. We’ll definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed this class on the riverfront! It was such a beautiful day and the location just made the class that much more amazing. Josh was also very friendly and did a great job explaining/demonstrating each pose, so this class was very beginner friendly and welcoming.
