I loved the way she explained everything and honestly just has a very therapeutic presence to her. Extremely upbeat, positive, and motivational. I did look like I dipped right out of the ocean after class but loved it 😂

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I felt so refreshed by the end of class. I’d definitely recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled in and acclimated. Highly recommend! I already have my next class scheduled!
