visa alla recensionerWow wow wow! I think I found my favorite cardio- and that’s coming from someone who is not a fan of working out lol. Anna was a great instructor: walking around, sharing encouragement, breaking down the moves. I’ll definitely be incorporating this class regularly.

It was very fun and it definitely gets you sweating, however it’s not overwhelming as you can pace yourself or go as hard as you want. Definitely book your class with Juan. You won’t regret it. Overall, super cool and friendly environment. I will be booking again.
