Standard weight training classes are limited to 16 capacity. Other formats may vary.
Policies för utrustning
Closed-toed shoes are required for all classes--no open-toed shoes, sandals, socks (including yoga/pilates grip socks), or going barefoot. Participants without proper footwear will be turned away. You may bring your own mat and resistance bands. Gloves & wraps are required for Boxing/Kickboxing.
