    DOPAMINE

    First time trying this type of workout and I really enjoyed it- worked thru 26 stations twice. First time handling a lot that type of equipment or familiar equipment used in novel ways. I got a great workout, made a friend, and learned quite a bit without feeling pointed out.

    I really loved my experience at this gym. Juan was really great at providing instruction throughout the entire class! It was very fun and it definitely gets you sweating, however it’s not overwhelming as you can pace yourself or go as hard as you want. Definitely book your class with Juan. You won’t regret it. Overall, super cool and friendly environment. I will be booking again.
