The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. I am not a member of the clubhouse and they use a smart system that only recognises registered palms or access cards. Thus, I was blocked at the door. When I tried to call the hotline, no one picked the phone; later on I found out that they don’t have receptionist on duty at that early hour. After class, I wanted to take a shower, only to find that the towel machine (again) was linked to that smart system.
