The Professor taught us how to take my enemy’s back when he is in turtle position, also how to gain the hooks when he is trying to escape, finally to defeat him using a choke which name I do not know. It looks a little like a rear naked choke except the other hand is not behind his head: it is assisting the choking hand with a gable grip. We ended with positional sparring and normal rolls. Because I am a 0 degree white belt, everyone defeated me. The girls beat me, the teenage dude who was half my size nearly submitted me a hundred times, and the huge dude who was twice my size did not even need to move. I was unable to do anything to him lol.

visa alla recensionerIt’s my first time joining Muay Thai and boxing classes, I’m glad that I did it with Elite Coach, as the coach is welcoming, friendly, and patient. The studio is clean and easily accessible by mrt - walking distance from Novena station. Overall, I would recommend this place for other beginners, women, and fitness enthusiasts who are looking for a training ground to master the fundamentals. Thanks for the good experience.

visa alla recensionerOverall the class is fun and friendly , even I ended up in a wrong address of the time booked but the founder Mr. Christian is so accomodative . I though it will be a disappointment but he is a great man and true to his profession . Thumbs up the class and I love it . 👍👍👍
