The Professor taught me how to leg drag my enemy, and when he tries to recover his guard, grab his legs and pin them downs and go around them and take his back. If he goes into turtle position, I grab his hip and hook his leg, and use the Bear And Bolo technique to take his back. We finished with regular rolling. Because I am a 0 degree white belt, I was unable to even move when rolling with a much heavier opponent. It later turned out he is a black belt( he was not wearing his belt when we rolled). I pray that as I practice, I will improve :(

visa alla recensionerIt was fun! Everyone was a regular so it was a little hard to follow at first but the head coach assigned someone to help guide me and the other regulars were kind in teaching me! :) they also lent me a judo gii FOC! It’s a good class to see whether judo is for u!
