visa alla recensionerI enjoyed Celeste tremendously, I especially appreciated her ability to allow space for diversity with the music. Her ability to encourage the classroom to push outside of their comfort zone is impressive. We were all perspiring and trying to make sure we had her schedule for the following week to ensure we booked with her! I over heard some other students booking with her two days this week.

The class was pretty tough so I wouldn’t go as a beginner (or if you are a beginner just be sure to find someone in class to watch and follow). But I would absolutely recommend it. Was a great combo of flow/strength with sandwiched between restful, mindful stretching.

Olga was great, her class was just what I needed to push myself to stretch new parts of my body. She gave great instruction and encouragement as well. visa alla recensionerThis studio is so special! A small space in an old house, the classes here are heated but not overwhelmingly so. Intimate class sizes allow for enough space to practice comfortably and opportunities for coaching and redirection. Class ends with a cool lavender towel and tea shared amongst the class! Such a nice touch and a lovely way to create community. As for Sam, truly my favorite instructor in Houston. His classes are challenging and often power-focused, but remain balanced and grounding. I adore his flows!

He created a fun, light-hearted atmosphere, making us laugh several times, and offered helpful adjustments to tailor each pose to our needs. He also encouraged us to listen to our bodies and reassured us that it was perfectly fine if we couldn’t complete all the reps in a stretch. visa alla recensionerI arrived at the facility for the class and attempted to check in for the class. The gentleman at the desk informed me I could sign the required waiver on the iPads near the desks. Once I completed that he informed me I needed to pay for a day pass to access the facility. I informed him that I had a class pass and I was interested in maybe becoming a member after a proper tour and introduction. He feigned unawareness of the class pass app program stating he never heard of it and asked me to show him where I purchased the yoga class. I showed him the app and he wrote the information down. He then informed me that yoga was behind the elevators. I went behind the elevators and there was a utility closet. No yoga class. I walked around a bit didn’t see the room and stopped and asked someone finally. One of the workers informed me the yoga classes were held upstairs in the yoga studio. I was now late and extremely flustered. It took me a while to lock in and focus during the class as it was challenging and I haven’t practiced in a while. The instructor was polite, cordial and made me feel comfortable with the positions and helped me as well. I would take another class with him again in the future. I don’t know if I would actually become a member here after that experience. I honestly missed rock climbing and considered getting back into it seeing the facility but I’m on the fence still.

She offered variation of poses to alleviate any pain of it was too difficult or get a deeper stretch if you weren’t feeling anything! After class I spoke with her about a pose that I was having the most difficulty with and she offered stretches I could do at home to make it easier! It was a very gentle and welcoming environment! I definitely enjoyed it!
