I weight lift a lot and stretch and focus on mobility and this class absolutely challenged me and even had me sore without being able to feel my butt cheeks for 2 days which is a win in my book! It was a refreshing, relaxing and slow workout on a Friday which was perfect! 10/10! Lovely instructor, smooth flowing class and the burn was great.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was nice! I didn’t realize beforehand that the class wasn’t Zumba style but was instead a dance choreography class, but it was a cool experience! Definitely intimidating at times as the other participants in the class seemed like professional hip hop dancers, but everyone was nice and hyped each other up! The choreography wasn’t impossible to master and the pace of the class was perfect. Would come again!
