visa alla recensionerGreat workout. You warm up with yoga, then use weights for strength training and cardio, then end with yoga/meditation. The room is heated so you will be sweating a bunch so bring lots of water! Mat rentals are $3. Everyone was welcoming and kind.

From transitions to offering varying levels of difficulty within a pose and thoroughly explaining what your body should be doing, I felt well supported in the flow. The class was definitely hot and I got a great sweat in. Honestly, it flew by and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be returning!

He’s great at getting you to understand how something should feel, not just how it should look; I can put my foot in the right spot but if I don’t engage the right muscles I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve done yoga for years but I can see so much improvement since I’ve started taking class with him.
