visa alla recensionerBest stretch of my life! The instructor prepared you to do a split which is one of my fitness goals. It wasn’t super hot and we held sequences for a while which I love. Thank you so much and I’ll be back! This was def one of my favorite classes because it focuses on flexibility.

visa alla recensionerMelina is amazing! Her class is amazing! This hits everything. Intention, full body sculpt, fun, stretching at the end, heat and feeling good! Melina is clear with her instruction and keeps it fun and positive. It is a hard sculpting class which included bands, weights, lunges, squats, lots of ab work, leg work, etc. The facility is clean, I love that the room has different floor levels so no matter where you are, you can see yourself, and the equipment and clean and all there for you! Music was loud and energizing. I can’t wait to come back!

visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at this studio and I really enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t crazy hot or pumped with extra humidity. There is heat, just not an insane amount. If you’re sweating, it’s because you’re actually working hard :) The instructor was great at throwing out extra options for more advanced students while also offering the option to skip certain parts of you needed rest or a modification. The dark room with candlelight was nice for focusing on yourself and your own practice. I’m just passing g through the area but would come back!

visa alla recensionerOne the best and most fun workouts I’ve had in a while. Alfredo was so welcoming and encouraging, such a playful yet focused and high energy instructor. Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience 🫶🏻

visa alla recensionerSuper friendly instructor and she stayed to chat with me to meet me which was really nice. The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

Her classes are always so well sequenced and guided you find yourself elegantly transitioning from crescent to warrior 3 to eagle pose to stork back to crescent! I think I have to come back to this location when it’s colder outside because - I know it is supposed to be heated - but the last couple times I went it was beyond too hot. I am not sure if it has to do with the air flow/ ventilation but about halfway through I felt like I could barely continue. And Josiah had a great class plan that was so much fun with great choreography!! Somehow in Studio City it is not as extreme.

I believe it’s typically a combo of foot and shoulders, but when I requested he just work on my feet (i have a lot of sensitivity in my upper body due to an accident) he totally was understanding and still did a great job and dedicated all the time to my feet. Embraced by mama nature and under Alex’s guidance on the yoga sequence, I find my flow and alignment again. Alex is very knowledgeable, hands-on and has clear direction when she teaches. She makes you feel included and cared for. She also toss a little delight in the end with beautiful singing bowls made of minerals and gem stones. It’s the perfect interplay between movement and stillness. Alex radiates beautiful light in her aura and thank you for a wonderful morning sesh!
