Her cues are always detailed and she’s amazing with form adjustments. She was so helpful and patient with new comers to the studio - always great energy. I missed her & her classes so much!!! visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at this studio and I really enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t crazy hot or pumped with extra humidity. There is heat, just not an insane amount. If you’re sweating, it’s because you’re actually working hard :) The instructor was great at throwing out extra options for more advanced students while also offering the option to skip certain parts of you needed rest or a modification. The dark room with candlelight was nice for focusing on yourself and your own practice. I’m just passing g through the area but would come back!
