visa alla recensionerThis was my first time at Y7 and I really enjoyed it. It was nice to practice in dimly lit room. I enjoyed the slow flow as well. And Kelly was lovely and had a nice curated playlist. I’ll be back when I’m on this side of town again!

Really enjoyed the class and how it was spaced out in terms of the different combos and progressions to truly help engage the core and have better comprehension of what's really going on in a pose.

visa alla recensionerClass with Nicolas was awesome! He brings a fun, warm energy. I loved getting asked what we wanted to focus on today. Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
