visa alla recensionerThis was my first time taking the CLIMBR class at its new location, and I must say, Rene's infectious energy truly sets the tone! Regardless of the class size, whether it’s 3 or 20 people, his energy level remains the same and I just appreciate that so much!! Now I'll be honest—I typically avoid cardio, but there's something about the CLIMBR class that just clicks for me. This class is just 30 minutes of pure intensity, any longer and I might have to start questioning my sanity lol! After every class I can practically feel the steam leaving from the top of my head lol, a testament to the incredible workout I've just experienced. Despite the 40-minute drive it takes to get here, this 30-minute session is worth every mile for me. I'll definitely be back for more—I simply can't resist it!

visa alla recensionerClass with Nicolas was awesome! He brings a fun, warm energy. I loved getting asked what we wanted to focus on today. Class was a great mix of strengthening, stretching poses and the reminders to also take things at the pace you needed, which I always appreciate so much. The music was amazing and perfectly paired to help sustain me through the more challenging poses. 10/10 will take again.
