The extra efforts made by the studio and Purva herself - from weighted eye masks, blankets, energy cards and even a gorgeous scented balm to calm the senses - really made the class one of a kind for me. And of course, she is very skilled with the sound healing instruments, which is the main thing. I’m already looking forward to next time!

Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

visa alla recensionerIt was my first circuit class I was not expecting it to be so challenging. There was 200m run then 40m sled then 10 kettlebell swings, 10 rel and 10 squat, then 12cal burn on ski and then ball smash 5 times, 5 burpees and then repeat all over. But since I had been working out n was active I still was able to push myself. It’s not for beginners definitely. Need to keep going here to build stamina and endurance. Hectic but feels worth it. Aaand parking is an issue. There is a handful RTA parking across the road which is like a 5min walk which is almost always full. They don’t have reserved parkings.
