It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

One thing is that you have to wipe after yourself, and usually I trust the studio to do it more than the clients - as you never know if it was done thoroughly. The cloths they provide are not disposable, which also puts the hygiene aspect in question relatively. The convenience of the free valet is unmatched, and I like the views and spaciousness of the studio.

He remained professional and accommodating throughout, even when someone requested the fan to be switched off despite Dubai being an air conditioned environment by default. I also appreciate how he handles participants who prefer alternative variations instead of following the programmed exercises. He stays patient and professional without disrupting the rest of the class, although sometimes I do wonder why join a specific class if you are not willing to try the exercises being taught. The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

I had some trouble finding parking and unfortunately arrived late for my class, but the receptionist was incredibly understanding and helpful. She kindly moved me to the next class without making me feel uncomfortable or rushed, which I really appreciated. My instructor, Misk, was wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. She made the class enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. Such a positive experience from start to finish. Amazing customer service and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🤍✨

She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.

Vicky gave very clear instructions that were easy to follow, so I didn’t feel the need to constantly watch her to understand what to do. As someone who is a beginner to reformer Pilates, this made a big difference to my experience. The class was challenging and gave us a great workout, but I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it and definitely take another class with Vicky.
