visa alla recensionerI love coming here the classes are amazing, I had a great class with aneesha, she really pushed me and I could feel the burn throughout the whole class, felt amazing! I will definitely be coming here every week and taking more classes with her, she really pays attention to you and makes sure you do the exercises right! it was supposed to be a class but im tbe only one there ❤️❤️

She was very encouraging, paid close attention to our forms and made sure we were safe. Muscles were shaking during and after class; it felt good!
