The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. I absolutely loved every second of the class and will definitely be back!

The combinations are throughly explained and the class was incredible. The parking is super simple and easy no hassle. Will definitely be back. Sharon is an incredible instructor she makes you feel welcome and guides you through every move. The music is everything. Best playlist to hit that intensity to the max !!

Parking was easy, the studio was beautiful, and the facilities and amenities were spotless and top-notch. A huge shoutout to Coach Adam! As it was my very first Rhythm Ride class, I was a little nervous, but Adam was incredibly welcoming, patient, and encouraging. He took the time to explain everything, made sure I was set up correctly, and guided me throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. The 45-minute Rhythm Ride was so much fun! It was the perfect mix of energy, great music, and an amazing workout. I left drenched in sweat but with the biggest smile on my face. The bikes were easy to use, and Adam’s coaching made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. If you’ve been thinking about trying CRANK—especially if you’re a beginner—don’t hesitate. I couldn’t have asked for a better first class, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for making my first ride such a memorable one!

The location is not very easy to find the map takes you to the area, but there are no clear signs for the studio, no parking.
