see all reviewsAmazing teacher, Maxine explains very well. She incorporates her knowledge of many other styles into the practise making it unique to her. I love it, the moving of the chi the continual explanation of posture. Maxine has a fabulous sense of humour. I just smile and laugh and breathe so well in this class. This is another very strong point of Maxine the importance of breathe in asana. Explained beautifully. One of the best teachers I have experienced ❤️
