visa alla recensionerI've been to a number of reformer studios and I was so impressed with Posture. The studio itself is well thought out with good equipment, air-conditioning, sound system and the beds are far better than the standard ones in most studios. Gabby was an incredible teacher. She pushes her class but makes it personal and you can tell she has so much knowledge about the body, reformer and individual goals. Finally a studio that isn't basic and is great value for money. I'll be back!

I was a bit nervous beforehand, especially because I was the only student in the class. But Scarlett was so encouraging; she gave really clear demonstrations and offered helpful modifications when I struggled with a pose. I managed to get through the entire class and left feeling energised and accomplished. I highly recommend this studio and this class with Scarlett!

Anna’s class was structured perfectly with a good warm up, full body work out and cool down, the intermediate class was definitely challenging but in the best way. Would 100% recommend this studio.
