Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. visa alla recensionerMeant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

You definitely need to have a good memorization of the forms and exercises that the instructor shows you in the beginning of each set or you’ll be lost, but other than that I’m sure taking a few more classes at solidcore would help my understanding and knowledge of the movements so I don’t have to feel sort of lost. Overall a great experience and would take again soon.

I highly recommend taking a class at Pilates on 10th. All of the staff are exceptionally kind and able to assist in any Pilates journey.

visa alla recensionerThere is signage for Transform 180, but also still the Denali Fitness signage from a recent acquisition. I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
