MoonDay Yin & Sound with Ashlynne
visa alla recensionerSuch an exceptional experience for connecting with oneself in a safe and loving environment. Each aspect of the class chosen to form an intentional journey through poses, props, sounds, scents, and Ashlynne’s healing energy guiding you through this transformative practice. I left feeling liberated of heaviness I had been carrying the past year and reconnected with my sense of self and purpose. This was so much more than a class—I am grateful for the gift that was shared with me today.
