Gym-goers, studio participants and staff are required to be masked up at all times except during workouts, drinking water and showers.

Reduced capacity and safety distancing are currently in place to comply with the safety distancing guidelines mapped out by the advisory for sports and physical activities.
Extra hygienrutiner
All equipment and contact surfaces are sanitised, disinfected and wiped down after each usage. Hand sanitisers, disinfectants and cleaning agents are also provided at both levels of The Lab
