Classes have a maximum of 8 people so that we can keep the focus on you. Only 3 of those spots are open to ClassPass users on most days so be sure to sign up as soon as you are sure.

Be sure to bring workout gloves, water bottle, mini towel, postworkout snack if needed and most importantly, good vibes. We've got you on all the rest!

We workout in the park so there are no showers or change rooms. There is one unisex, old-school public restroom and a water fountain in the park if needed.
