If just recovered, optional for mask wearing but unfit or still unwell, please rest at home.
Ventilationssystem
Our studio air con is fully controllable. Air purifier will be switched on, for better air circulation. We will set at room temperature or around 28°. Or we may switch the A/C off, to warm/relax any tension/muscles, which may cause some mobility movement during practise.
Extra hygienrutiner
All mats and high touch props are highly sanitised before/after every class. You may also be advised to wipe down your own used mat and all related props, after your session.
Begränsad kapacitet
Maximum class size is up to 12. And we do have a minimal capacity requirement and may be subjected to changes or set per our ISS policy/standard. Classes not meeting this requirement, will be cancelled.
