The Therapy Lounge and The Elevated Health comfortably fit 2 people and up to 4 or 5 - though you are welcome to always sweat solo in any box!The Enrich is most comfortable for 1 - though it can fit up to 3! Whether you're sweating solo or with someone else, all boxes are an option to book! :)
